How do I receive my e-book?
Everything is digital. After your payment is confirmed, you get an email with a PDF download link for each e-book, usually within minutes and always within 24 hours. Each emailed link works for 30 days and up to 5 downloads. If you buy while signed in, your titles also stay in My library in your account, where you can download them again anytime. Nothing is shipped.
Which payment methods can I use?
UPI, credit and debit cards, and netbanking. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner — we never see or store your card or UPI details.
Do I need an account to buy?
No. You can check out as a guest with just your name and email. An account lets you see all your orders in one place and manage your data.
What format are the e-books in?
E-books come as PDF and EPUB, so you can read them on a phone, tablet, laptop or e-reader.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — if you bought the wrong title, had a technical problem we couldn't fix, or ask within 7 days having opened less than 20% of the content. Approved refunds reach your original payment method within 5–7 business days. See our Refund Policy for details.
I didn't receive my download link. What should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's not there after 24 hours, contact us with your order number and we'll resend it right away.
Is the content medical advice?
No. Our e-books and articles are for general health information and education. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing your diet, exercise or medication.
How do you use my personal data?
Only to process your order, deliver what you bought and support you. We never sell your data. You can download, correct or delete it anytime from your account — see our Privacy Notice.
