Every e-book and course is delivered online. Nothing is shipped, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery addresses.

How you receive your purchase

  • E-books and PDF courses: a download link for the PDF is emailed to the address you enter at checkout. Each emailed link works for 30 days and up to 5 downloads.
  • Video courses: a link that opens the course is emailed to you the same way.
  • With an account: everything you buy while signed in also appears in My library, where you can download it again anytime.
  • No physical products are sold or shipped, and no shipping fee is ever charged.

When you receive it

  • Usually instantly — within a few minutes of your payment being confirmed.
  • In rare cases (payment verification delays or technical issues), within 24 hours.
  • Delivery is available worldwide, wherever you can access the internet.

Didn't get your access?

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's still not there after 24 hours, write to info@sehatsutrahealth.online or use the contact page with your order number, and we'll resend it or fix the problem. If we can't deliver what you paid for, you'll get a full refund under our Refund Policy.

Access period

E-books are yours to keep once downloaded. Courses stay available for as long as you need them, as described on each course page and in our Terms of Use.
