Wellness advice built to be finished, not filed away.
Sehat Sutra started as a set of notes for family and friends who kept asking the same health questions. It grew into a small library of e-books, because good advice deserves better than a group-chat forward.

"Sutra" means thread — the line that runs through Ayurvedic and yogic texts, tying a rule of living to the reason behind it. We borrow the word, not the robes.
The idea behind the nameWe create digital health content — e-books, articles, guided plans and printable trackers — on the things that genuinely change how you feel day to day: sleep, food, movement, stress, and the quieter corners of women's and gut health. Everything we make is written in plain language, checked against good evidence, and built to be used, not just read. Our test is simple: would we happily share it with someone we love?
What guides the work
Written for beginners first
If a first-time reader can't act on chapter one, it gets rewritten. Depth comes later, never at the cost of clarity.
No fear-based marketing
We don't sell by scaring you. If a claim needs a scary headline to sound convincing, it doesn't make it into a Sehat Sutra title.
